Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan by courier. The charge depends on your city and is worked out
at checkout before you confirm — there is no surprise added later. Orders over the free
delivery threshold ship at no charge anywhere in the country.
Orders placed before 4pm on a working day go out the same day. Anything after that goes
the next morning. Most addresses receive in 2–4 working days; remote areas take longer.
We do not dispatch on Sundays.
In summer we pack with an insulating liner. Chocolate still travels better in the
morning, so if you are ordering in June or July, say so in the order notes and we will
time the dispatch around it.
Returns
Food, so we cannot take back an opened packet. What we will always do: if a box arrives
crushed, melted out of shape, or short of cubes, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48
hours of delivery and we will replace it on the next batch or refund it in full. Your
choice, not ours.
If you refuse a cash-on-delivery parcel at the door without contacting us first, we pay
the courier both ways, so please just message us instead — we would rather fix it.
Privacy
When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, address and city. We use
them to get the parcel to you and to message you about that order. That is the whole
purpose. Orders are stored in a private Google Sheet only we can open.
We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone except the courier who needs the
address to deliver. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. Your cart and your
language choice are stored in your own browser, not on our server.
Want your details removed after your order arrives? Message us and we will delete the
row.
Terms
Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include everything except delivery, which is shown
separately. Prices can change; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for
that order.
We make in batches, so occasionally something sells out between you adding it to the
cart and us reading the order. If that happens we message you before dispatching and you
decide: wait for the next batch, swap it, or cancel.
Everything we make contains tree nuts and peanuts, and is produced in a kitchen that
handles milk. If you have an allergy, please do not order.
